Neighborhood

Our community is located in the southwest part of the Houston metropolitan area, in the vibrant historic neighborhood of Brays Oaks.  Just minutes from downtown Houston, located near the Sam Houston Tollway and the 610 Loop with easy access to US 59 and Highway 90, the neighborhood is close to the Metro Bus line and offers an easy commute to downtown business districts and the Texas Medical Center.  

The area is home to a selection of scenic parks and greenways, such as the Willow Waterhole, and there is a wide variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options right within the neighborhood. 

Students in our community will attend Houston ISD public schools, or one of several charter or private school options nearby.  We are located just down the street from the Brays Oaks campus of Houston Community College, and Houston Baptist University is only 10 minutes away.
